Alumina crucible has good thermal conductivity, high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, chemical stability and thermal shock resistance.
1. High temperature resistance: The crucible can be used at temperatures as high as 1750 ℃.
2. Reusable: The crucible used for testing can be washed with water or washed with 10% hydrochloric acid, hot dried (such as in a muffle furnace), and can be reused multiple times.
2. Good heat conduction: the heat transfer speed between the sample pan/crucible is fast, and the temperature distribution is uniform. Generally, sufficient synchronous DSC or synchronous DTA signals can be obtained.
3. Stable structure/performance: The alumina used in the production of crucibles for thermal analysis has a high purity (>99.7%) and is sintered at high temperature to form a dense and uniform microcrystalline structure, ensuring no peaks during the testing process.
